Dubai International Airport and Cargo Village. Dubai being
the main IT hub for the Middle East and Africa, we are well
located to handle all our clients in the Middle East, Africa
and the Asian region.

Mode of Operation and After Sales Support:
All clients have a Systems consultant who functions as a single
point contact, the Systems consultant's responsibility is
to co-ordinate the various support activities required by
the customer. The System consultant handles all Techno-Commercial
aspects between Opentec and the clients.
- Our
support services are grouped under the following three functional
departments.
- Marketing
& Technical Sales Department (General IT products &
services)
- Consultancy
and Implementation (On Site Projects with associated Partners)
- Network
& Engineering Department (for Network Hardware support
services)
Marketing
& Sales:
The Marketing & Sales Department is staffed with System
consultants and Sales Consultants responsible for coordinating
the various support activities required by the customer, analyzing
customer requirements and offering the most suitable products
to meet the individual needs of each customer. We primarily
work in association with our Principle partners based in different
parts of the world sharing the fame of their known coveted
products and services.
Engineering Department:
The Engineering Department is staffed with highly skilled
and qualified engineers, to provide a wide range of services.
The services includes:
- Network
design, set-up and Implementation, which includes Structured
cabling i.e. Coaxial & UTP, Fibre and VPN.
- Hardware
maintenance and support services for all our products
- Deployment
of Standard office automation systems
- Implementation
of internet, E-mail and WEB hosting solutions
In-House
& Customer Engineering:
Engineers dedicated to testing, configuring, building
and repairing systems, utilising a comprehensive stock of
spare parts and modern and sophisticated test equipment. In
addition to routine maintenance research and development is
undertaken where special projects are carried out on behalf
of customers.
A fully mobile team of senior engineers specializing in site
survey prior to installation, initial hardware installation
services and ongoing on-site preventative maintenance and
repair support to customers with maintenance contracts.
Spare parts:
Availability of spare parts is crucial to ensuring continual
customer service resulting in the highest possible level of
system availability to customers. A comprehensive inventory
of spare parts and materials covering all systems in the field
is readily and locally available at our workshop.
